We do not ship orders on weekends, all orders and emails will be responded to & fulfilled on Monday. (Subject to change on holidays)
DIDN'T WORK OUT?!
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no make up or stains from trying the garment on, free from animal hair/scent or smoke smell. Items must be properly packed and wrapped for return and dropped off with USPS within 5 business days of delivery date. Rowdy Western Hippie is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on a return. All returns that meet criteria are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, we do not do exchanges. (Our system does not allow us to properly create an exchange order.)
Store Credit does not expire and can be used towards the purchase of any items from our website. We encourage customers to buy the correct size while it's available, rather than waiting for the store credit. We can not guarantee your desired size will be available once your return is received. (Original shipping cost is non refundable.)
Shoe returns: box/bags must be placed in a box or poly mailer for shipping as shoe box/bag is considered part of the product. If the shoe box is used for primary packaging and returned to us damaged a 10% fee will be deducted from your store credit on that item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: -ALL bags, wallets, keychains, watch bands, hats, ALL jewelry, purse straps, holiday items, items marked on sale, BOGO items, grab bags, and any sort of kitchen/ home accessories sales are final. (Any orders that are returned that do not follow Rowdy Western Hippie's return guidelines will be mailed back at customers cost.)
(Items Purchased Do NOT come with an “insurance policy” after the item tag has been pulled and used it is no longer eligible for return/ store credit.)
MY COWHIDE BAG LOOKS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE??
Bags that are made with cowhide are REAL hide, no two cows have exactly the same hide. All hides will be in the same Color scheme but may very a little by each bag. You are more than welcome to message me through Instagram, Facebook, or email to have pictures sent have the actual bags we have in stock. (All bag sale are final.)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
No international orders are available for return.
Rowdy Western Hippie LLC is not aware of what your countries Customs Charges are. This is something you should know if you are buying internationally. We are not responsible for the extra Customs Charges your country charges you to get items sent to you in your country. We are a USA Based company that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside of the USA.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, with having a high volume amount of orders and to insure that orders are shipped fast & no order errors we DO NOT cancel orders. ( this includes no canceling orders for a discount codes to be used on a new order. All discount codes must be used before placing order.)
All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Packages returned can be reshipped at the expense or purchaser.
Forgotten Discount Code?
All Discount codes must be added at time of order. Discount codes can not be added after checkout is complete or canceled for reordering. Shopify is a Secure website there for payment methods can not be altered.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR ITEM(S)?
Please file a route shipping insurance claim. This option was selected at checkout, you were emailed instructions of how to file a claim at time of checkout.
As stated at checkout, Rowdy Western Hippie does not cover orders that opted out of our shipping insurance.
